Raising awareness of the connection between Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis and Crohn’s Disease requires a lot of communication and a lot of travel.
Although sometimes I am able to persuade conference organisers to waive conference registration fees, I must often personally bear the cost of travel, accomodation and subsistence.
